Cancellations

As InterviewToJob offers digital services, cancellations are processed as follows:

• Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our service.

• Non-refundable: Generally, payments for digital services are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used.
• Exceptions: If you believe there has been an error in billing or if the service was not provided as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
